LA COSTA, Calif. -- After leading by 17 points after three quarters, Torrey Pines saw their lead dwindle down to four points in the closing minutes of Friday's North County Coastal League game against rival La Costa Canyon. The Falcons responded by hitting all seven free throws in the final quarter to escape with a 60-51 win that puts them in sole possession of the league race. Senior guard Logan Huston led the Falcons with 20 points and three blocks while Boston University-bound big man Otto Landrum added 13 points and 11 rebounds. La Costa Canyon junior forward Christian Brown led all scorers with 24 points. Torrey Pines improved to 14-4 with the win while La Costa Canyon dropped to 13-5. Watch the highlights below.
