Here is our list of offensive players in Western North Carolina who had noteworthy performances throughout the 2023 high school football season. Voting will remain open through Dec. 31 at 11:59 p.m. and you may vote as many times as you wish.

Ny'Tavious Huskey, Crest: Huskey has thrown for 3,341 yards and 38 touchdowns while completing 67.4 percent of his passes. He has also rushed for 588 yards and seven touchdowns for the Chargers, who aren't done quite yet. They will play Dudley in the fourth round of the 3-A playoffs Friday night.

Maddox Greene, Watauga: Another dual-threat quarterback, Greene threw for 1,708 yards and 21 touchdowns and ran for 1,278 yards and 18 scores through his team's second round win in the 4-A playoffs.

Javier Rice, Asheville Christian: Rice led the state with 3,909 passing yards and threw 34 touchdowns passes while completing 69.5 percent of his throws, averaging 355 yards per game.

Jason Willis, Bunker Hill: Willis has run for 2,224 yards and 34 touchdowns this season for the Bears, who are still alive heading into the fourth round of the 2-A playoffs. He is averaging 171.1 rushing yards per game.

Carson Dimsdale, West Henderson: Dimsdale helps fuel an explosive Falcons' offense, rushing for 2,088 yards and 33 touchdowns this season. He averages 160.6 yards per game and 7 yards per carry for the Falcons, who are still alive in the 3-A playoffs.

Hunter Stalcup, Murphy: Stalcup ran for 1,991 yards and 29 touchdowns for Murphy this season, averaging 10.16 yards per carry and 165.9 per game.

Brandon Quinn, Mountain Heritage: Quinn ran for 1,905 yards and 24 touchdowns and completed just 30 passes all season, but 12 of them were touchdowns. He threw for 615 yards.

Cuttler Adams, Robbinsville: Adams has run for 1,764 yards and 28 touchdowns this season, averaging 7.3 yards per carry and 135 per game.

Blake Peters, Ashe County: Peters threw for 3,021 yards and 32 touchdowns while completing 68.1 percent of his passes for the Huskies.

Joshua Collins, Swain County: Collins ran for 1,743 yards and 17 touchdowns this season for the Maroon Devils, who advanced to the third round of the 3-A playoffs and finished 11-2.

Brady Stober, Hickory: Stober has thrown for 3,318 yards and 42 touchdowns while completing 70.6 percent of his passes for the Red Tornadoes, who are unbeaten and still alive in the fourth round of the 3-A playoffs.
