Isaiah Portis, Norwayne boys basketball

Secured Norwayne’s third straight district title with 23 points in a 70-43 win over Fairview.

Cody Head, Lutheran East boys basketball

Had a team-high 16 points to help push Lutheran East past Smithville 67-51.

Sean Jones, Gahanna Lincoln boys basketball

Went 11-for-14 from the floor for 29 points to help Gahanna Lincoln top St. Charles 66-39 and secure the Lions’ back-to-back Division I district titles.

Juwan Turner, Pickerington Central boys basketball

The sophomore had a team-high 17 points, including four 3-pointers to overcome a late deficit and defeat Olentangy Liberty 54-49.

Gabe Cupps, Centerville boys basketball

The Indiana commit overcame an ankle injury in the third quarter and finished with 17 points, four rebounds and four assists to help Centerville beat Lakota West 45-37.

Nick Heath, Upper Arlington boys basketball

Heath, who averages 17.4 points per game, paced his team with 22 points and eight rebounds in a 48-43 win over Reynoldsburg.

William Layfield, Lakota West boys basketball

The senior scored all of his team-high 18 in the second half vs. Centerville.

Drey Carter, Westerville South boys basketball

Put together a game-high 25 points to pull away from Dublin Jerome 71-64 in a double-overtime thriller.

Imarianah Russell, Reynoldsburg girls basketball

Scored a game-high 21 points in a 56-47 victory over Dublin Coffman to lead the Raiders to their first state tournament since 2016.

Emily Siesel, Buckeye Central girls basketball

Led all scorers with 12 points to outscore Dalton 48-32 and secure Buckeye Central's Division IV regional championship.

Alyssa Geiser, Waynedale girls basketball
