Penn State gets commitment from North Catholic's Brady O'Hara

The 4-star recruit will be staying in-state to play for the Nittany Lions

For the second straight day, Penn State head coach James Franklin has received a commitment from a top player in the WPIAL as North Catholic's Brady O'Hara announced his intent to play for the Nittany Lions.

The 6-foot-6, 245-pound junior who plays tight end and defensive end for the Trojans, tweeted out "Best in PA stay in PA" on Tuesday morning.

O'Hara, who is ranked as the No. 6 overall player in Pennsylvania and the No. 11 overall athlete in the country in the 2025 class by 247Sports, has 12 catches for 248 yards and a pair of touchdowns this season for North Catholic, who is 3-2 on the season.

The commitment from O'Hara comes one day after Penn State received a commitment from Aliquippa running back Tiqwai Hayes, a 4-star recruit who is also in the 2025 class.
