>>> UPDATE: Malachi Coleman commits to Nebraska Cornhuskers

Lincoln East High School (Nebraska) star Malachi Coleman is ready to make a decision.

The nation's No. 2 athlete and consensus four-star prospect was recently announced as an All-American Bowl selection.

On Saturday, Coleman will be the one doing the announcing, choosing his college commitment among his seven finalists - Georgia, Michigan, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Ole Miss, Oregon and USC.

The 6-foot-5, 190-pound wide receiver/tight end/outside linebacker will make his decision known at 5 p.m. local time (3 p.m. PT/6 p.m. ET):

So, who will it be?

Prediction: Malachi Coleman to Nebraska Cornhuskers

Coleman has been rumored to be a near-lock to Nebraska for weeks.

That feeling was only bolstered recently when he tweeted that Miami canceled his visit to its program, eliminating the Hurricanes from contention.

While Coleman has visited Georgia, Michigan, Nebraska and Oregon, this feels like a slam dunk for the Cornhuskers, as he's spoken highly of representing his home state.

And the industry agrees.

On3 lists Coleman's chances of choosing Nebraska at 99 percent, while all six 247Sports crystal ball predictions came in with the same sentiment.

Here's what 247Sports had to say about him, in part, as a prospect:

"Tall, long, and lean with significant frame space. Narrow through the core but plenty of room to add needed mass. Two-way playmaker at outside receiver and defensive end with physical tools and requisite athleticism to play either side of the ball in the long term. ...That said, may project higher as an edge rusher. Plays with a consistent motor and flashes chase-down pursuit athleticism. Closes fast and finishes tackles stronger than lean, sinewy build suggests. Dangerous back-side rusher who produced four forced fumbles as a junior."
