There's a lot going on in the recruiting world these days.

Julian Sayin, the nation's No. 2 quarterback in 2024, is down to an All-SEC top three of Alabama, Georgia and LSU and intends to make a decision soon, while Texas pledge Cedric Baxter Jr., the nation's No. 1 running back, is taking a second trip to Florida State.

Oregon landed a pair of commitments Monday, but is also having to worry about one of its key pledges flipping to another school.

Speaking of flipping, one of Florida State Seminoles' top pledges announced a commitment to the rival Florida Gators on Monday.

- Nation's No. 5 tight end A.J. Pugliano commits to Oregon Ducks

"As my recruitment has gotten more serious and more schools have reached out, every single one of those schools seems to have a missing aspect," A.J. Pugliano said. "Oregon doesn't have a missing aspect."

- Nation's No. 7 offensive guard Iapani Laloulu commits to Oregon Ducks

"Oregon is very special," Iapani Laloulu said. "It's a very special place. I already love the atmosphere, I love the fans and I love the way the community will literally go beyond the world for the football team." 

- Nation's No. 5 athlete Caleb Martin firmly committed to Oregon, but Louisville making strong push

"They show a lot of love," Cole Martin said. "They treat me well. It's really great. I love the energy that they show and love the atmosphere out there. Louisville is a great place, the people out there are awesome and they are on the way up."

"It was awesome," he said. "I had a great time. The game was a great atmosphere, and I just had a great weekend. I hadn't been for a game, so it was fun to see."

This week, the nation's No. 1 running back tweeted that he will be taking an official visit to check out the Seminoles this weekend for their game against Georgia Tech.

The 6-foot-4, 300-pound athlete, rated the nation's No. 4 interior offensive linemanand Under Armour All-American selection, officially made the move Monday, announcing his decommitment from Florida State and commitment to Florida:

"I, most definitely, can see myself being a Spartan come Signing Day," he said.
