Prediction: Alabama Crimson Tide set to add 5-star football recruit

The Alabama Crimson Tide hosted a crucial visitor this weekend, and the trip may lead to a commitment.

Prediction: Zion Grady to Alabama

Charles Henderson (Alabama) five-star prospect Zion Grady, the nation's No. 1 edge-rusher in the class of 2025, took his visit to Tuscaloosa with high hopes.

He left the trip setting a November 12 commitment date and wondering aloud why anyone wouldn't want to play for legendary coach Nick Saban.

"How could anyone not want to play for that guy?" Grady asked. "He demands commitment and effort. He has a resume like no other." 

Aiding the Tide's cause is their development of edge-rushers into future NFL stars, a fact not lost on the in-state recruit.

"I do feel like Bama's rich history of development at my position is a huge factor to consider," he said. 

While it's relatively early in the recruiting cycle for class 0f 2025 prospects, it seems Grady is ready to make a decision.

That should be great news for Saban and the Crimson Tide.
