Over the past few weeks, we've been taking a look at some of the top track and field athletes in Georgia.

We started with the top sprinters in the boys division, then focused on girls sprinters, followed by the best distance runners in the boys division and girls division.

Next up were the best boys throwers, followed by the best girls throwers. Now it's the jumpers' turn, and we'll start with the boys division.

There are hundreds of standout jumpers in Georgia, and these lists are not intended to be comprehensive! Tag us on Twitter or Instagram at @SBLiveGA and let us know about other athletes worthy of fans’ attention.

Note: We'll also be posting lists of the state's top hurdlers next week. Many athletes excel in multiple events, but we won't do write-ups on the same athlete on multiple lists.

Tito Alofe, Starr’s Mill

Alofe’s recent PR of 46’11 broke Starr’s Mill’s triple jump record that had been standing since 2013. He also has a high jump PR of 6’2.

Joseph Alexander, Mill Creek

Alexander’s having a great junior season. He recently hit his PR of 23’0 in the long jump, good for eighth in the state.

Christion Barker, Shiloh

Barker holds the best distance for the long jump in the country at 25’3. His record-breaking jump at the Christian Coleman Invitational was good enough for third all-time in Georgia.

Davarri Barthell, Dutchtown

Barthell is one of the state’s best long jumpers with a leap of 23’6.75 to shatter Dutchtown’s long jump record. As of right now he is the best junior in the state in the long jump.

Nicholas Crosswhite, New Manchester

Crosswhite is the only sophomore with a top high jump this season at 6’6 and is closing in on New Manchester’s record. His PR in the triple jump of 47’0 is good enough for third in the state and a New Manchester record.

Braden Deal, Brookwood

Deal is making headlines in his senior season. His recent high jump of 6’8 landed him in second among all high jumpers in the state.

Malik Drinkard, Gainesville

Drinkard has set multiple records at Gainesville, including the long jump, which he recently set of 23’4. He has one of the top five jumps in the state.

Cameron Edwards, South Effingham

Edwards has proved to be one of the best dual event athletes, with a triple jump of 45’11.5 and a high jump of 6’4.

Zane Gibson, Etowah

Gibson has the second best pole vault in the state at 15’6. The junior shattered Etowah’s record of 14’0.

Amare Hall, Carrollton

Hall ranks 10th in the long jump, and he hasn’t reached his peak. His season best is 22’10.5 but his PR is 23’3, which would be good enough for fifth this year.

Elijah Hobson, Towers

Hobson is turning heads in his senior season. He ranks seventh in the long jump with a 23’0.75, and that isn’t even his PR.

James Hodges, Southeast Bulloch

Hodges recently set a new pole vault record for Southeast Bulloch of 14’8, which is also good enough for fourth in the state.

Dainsus Miller, Creekside

Miller holds the longest triple jump in the state with a 48’8.75, good enough to catapult him in the No. 5 spot in the nation.

Kareem Nazim, Carrollton

Nazim has the fifth best pole vault at 14’6. He has room to improve this season, as his PR is 15’0.

Boubacar Ndome, Marietta

Ndome recently broke Marietta’s triple jump record that had been standing since 2013. His new PR of 47’11 gives him the third-best triple jump in the state this season.

Riyon Rankin, Brunswick

Rankin is on his way to shattering numerous records. He is tied for the best high jump in the nation at 7’0.

Alon Rogow, Dunwoody

Rogow is one of the best pole vaulters in the nation. His current PR of 16’7.5 is best in the state and No. 5 in the nation.

Simon Seid, North Hall

Seid set North Hall’s pole vault record with a PR of 15’1, which is also good for third best in the state.

Eric Singleton, Alexander

Singleton’s recent PR of 23’0.75 catapulted him into the top 10 this season. Expect the junior to only get better as the season progresses.

Joshua Smith, Landmark Christian

Smith is an all-around phenomenal athlete. He competes in multiple events but holds Landmark’s records for long jump (22’6) and triple jump (48’ 9.5). His triple jump PR is good enough for 10th in the nation.
